Tennessee service regions
Six categories, one standard of build
Five stages, documented at every handoff
Intake & consultation
We start with the site, the code, and the sightline — not a catalog page. You get a written scope before anything is drawn.
Stage 01Site survey & design
Field measurements, photo mockups on your actual building, and engineered drawings sized for wind load and mounting substrate.
Stage 02Fabrication
Aluminum formed, welded, and finished in our own shop. UL-listed LED assemblies, polyurethane paint, controlled cure.
Stage 03Permit & installation
We pull the permit, coordinate the landlord submittal, and set the sign with our own crews and equipment.
Stage 04Ongoing support
Lamp-outs, face repairs, re-faces for tenant changes, and scheduled service across all three service regions.
Stage 05What general contractors and owners say
"They pulled the permit, handled the landlord package, and set a 28-foot pylon in one morning. The only contractor on the project that never needed chasing."
Dana Whitfield
Development Manager, Riverbend Crossing
"Our halo-lit letters have been up three winters with zero service calls. The paint still matches the drawing we approved."
Marcus Feld
Owner, Feld & Sons Outfitters
"We needed nine locations rebranded on the same timeline. They surveyed all nine, sequenced the permits, and finished a week early."
Priya Raghavan
Director of Facilities, Cumberland Dental Group

We serve Knoxville, Murfreesboro, and Chattanooga plus the surrounding counties — Knox, Blount, Sevier, Anderson, Loudon, Rutherford, Williamson, Davidson, Wilson, Hamilton, Bradley, Marion, and Sequatchie. We also take on projects statewide.
Yes. We handle the municipal sign permit submittal, wind-load engineered drawings, and the landlord sign-criteria package. Permits are scoped into your quote so you never need a separate contractor for permitting.
Most projects run 5–8 weeks for permit plus production. Channel letters typically take 3–5 weeks; illuminated cabinets 4–6 weeks. Larger pylon and monument signs with engineered foundations may run longer. We confirm exact timelines during the site survey.
Channel letters, illuminated and non-illuminated cabinet signs, dimensional letters, backer panels, blade signs, monument signs, pylon and pole signs, EMC displays, post and panel signs, window vinyl, lobby signs, wayfinding, HDU carved signs, custom neon, banners, and full custom fabrication.
Yes. We service lamp-outs, face repairs, and re-faces for tenant changes across all three Tennessee service regions, including signs we did not originally install.
Use the Start a New Sign Project form on this site — it's a two-step intake that takes about two minutes. Send your contact details, the install address, and your project scope, and we'll come back with sign options, code constraints, and a real budget range.

Send the address and a photo of the facade or site. We'll come back with sign options, code constraints, and a real budget range — not a placeholder number.
